Why is Debra Morgan from Dexter so annoying?

She literally does not say one sentence that doesn't have a curse word or biching about something. She has the biggest penis envy I have ever seen and contributes NOTHING to the show. I want to rip her face off whenever I see her, she is without a doubt the worst character on tv. Anyone agree?
