I cursed out a child, should I apologize?

I'm a girl and I'm 13. I was at the park yesterday, and a 15 year old kept calling me "Clifford the Big Red Dog" and he was just annoying! So I cursed out a 10 year old. And all the 10 year old said back "You're a hoe, and you're dirty and your shoes are fake. I guess I cursed him out because I knew I can't beat the 15 year old. Should I apologize?
