A big question for you guys(gals); Would he call or not? Should she call or not?

I have a friend who is in dilemma right now.She wants to call but at the same time,cursing herself for making the wrong decision.She met a guy in a bar and instantly like him.After the party,the invited her for a late snack.From the restaurant to the bedroom they went(you know the rest).The guy is nice and smart,she said.After a day,she was hoping she would call but he didn't.By the way she had never done this before.Do you think he would call or should she call him?
