Do different races have universal mannerisms that are distinct to that race regardless of one's region?

of origin. I was watching the Madagascar 2 the other day and in the scene at the watering hole Gloria the hippo tells Makunga the lion that Zuba "should be the alpha lion....Not you!!!" The way she said it by slanting the eyes and cocking the head at a slight angle and then flicking the head forward for emphasis and effect is clearly an African/African American mannerism specific to females. Don't get me wrong, this is not meant to provoke, but it is a purely legitimate inquiry/question.
