Are you surprised that Republicans are siding with Obama and calling war powers act unconstitutional?

From the 1991 Gulf war onwards...each of these wars is in violation of that act. All the wars/conflicts we are presently involved in are illegal and we need to withdraw from these wars. At least Bush consoled the Congress but still he never recieved congressional approval. To say that the War Powers Act is unconstitutional is treason in my opinion. Unless its removed or changed it's still written in the Constitution and it hasn't been so it's law.
